We visited so many fishermen on the North coast of Europe, and to our surprise nearly all of them were somehow connect with Slow Food International. One thing led to another, and we found ourselves invited to the Biennale of Slow Food, Terra Madre in Torino, Italia, to film several short interviews of people working to transform the fishing industry. Along with the interviews we were also asked to write the Slow Fish conference report.
