While continuing our project “Preserving the North Sea” in Norway, members of Slow Food Bergen asked us to make a short film to introduce their campaign to transform mackerel fishing in the coastal Norwegian fisheries. The film was screened at Terra Madre in Torino, Italia to bring wider attention to their campaign.
