This cookbook highlights the finest saffron being produced in Belgium today. Our work included both editorial photos, portraits and food photography of the the farm where the product is grown and harvested as well as field trips to some of the top spots in Flanders, including Michelin starred restaurants, utilizing this special ingredient. The book was published and distributed in special shops throughout Belgium and the Netherlands.
